Founded in 1935, First Federal Savings Bank is the largest hometown bank in Sheridan, Wyoming. As an independent mutual bank, owned by our depositors, we serve just one group: the clients of our community.

Kevin Bailey

Kevin has extensive experience in the estate planning and wealth management profession. He was an estate planning and business attorney for nine years and has been in the wealth management business for approximately five years. Kevin received his Business Management degree from Montana State University in 1987, his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and his MBA from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, in 2003. Kevin grew up in Sidney, Montana.

STEPHANIE DIAZ

Stephanie is a Sheridan native and 2002 graduate of Sheridan High School. She earned an associates degree in Social Science from Sheridan College and is currently pursuing a bachelor degree in finance from the University of Wyoming. Stephanie has worked at First Federal since 2005 in retail banking and was recently promoted to Wealth Management as a Client Service and Operations Specialist. She has received extensive technical and computer training with SEI Investments to complement her strong customer service skills.

Specialist Karen graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in General Business Administration. She started in the financial services industry in 1989 with the Equitable Financial Company. Karen has worked as a trust officer and manager of trust and wealth management departments since 1993. Karen is a graduate of the American Banker Association (ABA) Trust School and Graduate Trust School, and she is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). Karen is originally from Douglas, Wyoming.
